At Rome Tool and Die, our tool engineers are always working closely with each and every tool maker in the shop. Before the die prints are ever drawn, brainstorming sessions are held with our toolmakers to ensure that the tools we build, both for our customers and ourselves, will be cost efficient, and as low maintenance as possible. Quality dies that produce the most accurate part possible are the norm here, not the exception. Our tool engineers have all served as certified tool and die makers in our shop, and we feel that their experience is of great benefit to our customers. Our use of CAD/CAM enables us to produce tooling that is accurate and repeatable. All die prints can be accessed within minutes, to provide our customers with replacement die components upon request.
After the design of the die is approved, the prints are released to our toolmakers. The toolmakers and machinists at Rome Tool and Die take great pride in their work. Together, our toolmakers, skilled press technicians and Quality Assurance dept. ensure that our customers get the highest quality parts possible.
