Rome Tool and Die acquired its first wire EDM
machine, the Elox series I, in 1981. Complicated shapes that
were nearly impossible to machine with conventional methods were now a
breeze. Since that time, our growth has been steady, with the addition
of one more wire EDM and two more CNC machining centers, the Tree 1050
VMC and a Hurco Mb1(not pictured). A new addition to our facility was
built to centralize our CNC equipment and was completed in August of
1995. Employing three full time technicians, our CNC department is ready
to meet your needs. Production part runs or single piece work is
accepted. Expert Die component reproduction is the norm.
